If users face any challenge in availing electronic services provided by MGST Department then they can submit their service requests through this mobile application.
Tax Complaint:
Any user can file complaint with the MGST department, if he/she notices any VAT/GST issue related to non-payment of taxes by any taxpayer. The user can also upload image of invoice or any other document. The users can track these requests with the help of ticket numbers.
Know your taxpayer:
The user can search taxpayer details if he/she wants to know about tax compliance and other information of any taxpayer.
